Scholarship Description: The Worthington Regional Health Care Foundation, Inc. is offering six $2,000 scholarships to Minnesota West, Worthington campus nursing students. Info Beasiswa Description: The Ph D student is expected to carry out advanced research in synthetic organic chemistry, including performing transition metal catalysis and advanced organic synthesis. The position will also include writing research reports and manuscripts for publication in international journals. Thus, the candidate must have very good knowledge in written and spoken English. The candidate will broaden his/her perspective and knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry, and transition metal catalysis by taking graduate courses in relevant subjects and to teach as well as participate in general departmental work such as instrument maintenance etc to a level corresponding to a maximum 20% of the employment time.
Eligibility:
To qualify for a Ph D position the applicant must have at least a Master Degree with a Major in Chemistry. We are looking for a devoted, motivated, and hard-working candidate willing to work in a stimulating research field. Furthermore, the candidate should have a deep interest in synthetic organic chemistry.

Scholarship Description: The Scholarship is a perpetual scholarship funded by The Rotary Club of Gold Coast and is awarded annually in accordance with these guidelines to a student who has fulfilled the selection criteria. The scholarship will be awarded to a person who has overcome significant personal adversity while achieving entrance to university, and demonstrates a mature approach to study. One scholarship to the value of $9000 is available, credited through part payments of $1500 per semester ($3000 each year over three years, paid in person at a nominated Rotary Meeting). The Scholarship may be extended, suspended or revoked in accordance with the Regulations and Conditions. The Club will retain the right to withdraw the Scholarship. The Selection Panel holds the right to not award the Scholarship in any given year if in their opinion there is no worthy candidate

Scholarship Description: At the Department of Signals and Systems, we conduct world-leading research in biomedical engineering, antennas, signal processing, control, automation, mechatronics and communication systems. Our research deals to a large extent with the modeling and development of efficient systems for extracting and processing information. Systems our researchers deal with include for instance e-Health, hearing aids, robotics, power chains, and mobile telephony. The department has about 120 employees, divided into three research divisions and one administrative unit. A majority of our activities are gathered at campus Johanneberg, except for some research in medical engineering which is done at Sahlgrenska and an education unit at campus Lindholmen. The department offers more than 70 courses, of which are most included in the Masters Programs; ”Biomedical Engineering”, ”Systems, Control and Mechatronics”, and ”Communication Engineering”.

Scholarship Description: Candidates completing studies for their bachelor’s degree from an accredited program may apply for this award. Based on essays, submitted data, and recommendations, the Scholarship Council of the ACl Foundation, a subsidiary of ACI, selects a scholarship recipient who appears to have the strongest combination of interest and potential for professional success in the concrete industry. This undergraduate scholarship consists of a cash stipend of $3000 (U.S.) for a 1 year period. The stipend will be sent to the financial aid office of the institution designated by the applicant where the study program will be pursued. These funds will then be deposited into the recipient’s university account.

Scholarship 2011 Description: The following text will give you information to prepare and submit your application to the Call for Proposals within the Networking Pilot Programme (NPP) of New INDIGO. If questions arise or you want to check the eligibility of your consortium, please contact the NPP Secretariat or your National Contact Point. o European participating partners can apply for a maximum of 10 % (depending on national regulations) of the budget in a flexible mode as “other costs”.
These costs could consist of small equipment, consumables and other project related miscellaneous expenses. Indian participating partners can apply for a non-fixed maximum of personnel and minor equipment costs, as long as the funding for internationalisation of research is not diminished.The NPP follows the “juste retour” principle, which means national funding will be assigned to participants of that respective country. Researchers participating in a multinational project therefore receive funding from their national representative, in accordance with the national regulations.

Scholarship Description: As part of the Career Development Program, the EHA Partner Fellowship Program is dedicated to young hematologists from new accession and European Union candidate countries and developing countries. To facilitate development of a collaborative network between hematology institutes in Western Europe and new accession and candidate countries of the EU and developing countries.To support the career development of young scientists from new accession or EU candidate countries and developing countries who are involved in basic and clinical research in hematology by facilitating opportunities to work at host institutes in Western Europe.
A maximum of 2 awards will be granted.
Funding is for a maximum of 3 years at € 35.000 per year, which includes:
€ 10.000 per year to the host institute to cover administrative, facilities, supplies, travel and/or housing costs related to the recipient’s project.A salary of € 25.000 per year for the recipient, to be paid through the home institute.
