Eligibility:
-Granted to a full time student from the Ontario Public and Separate Secondary School systems entering year 1 of the Honours Bachelor of Business Administration Program.
- The successful recipient must show a significant history of volunteer work. Preference will be given to those applicants who are dealing with or who have overcome significant personal challenges in their lives.
- The recipient must demonstrate financial need, be a Canadian Citizen, Landed Immigrant (Permanent Resident), and long-term resident of Ontario.
Info Beasiswa Description: Endowed award; established by BDO Dunwoody Chartered Accountants and Advisors in Owen Sound in memory of Robin Maria Richardson. Robin was a third year student in the Honours Business Administration program at Laurier. She was 21 when she passed away suddenly in June of 2008. Robin devoted much of her spare time to the Laurier University Charity Kouncil (LUCK) and, despite having some very serious health issues, managed to make the Dean’s Honour Roll in her final year. After completing her third year, Robin came very close to realizing her dream of pursuing her Chartered Accountant designation when she was hired as a summer student by BDO in Owen Sound, Ontario. Robin was proud to be a student of Wilfrid Laurier University and her three years as a student there were some of the happiest years of her short life
